Step 1: Choose Your Format

Select your preferred format: Pass n Play , Vs AI Agent, or Mixed. Each version has its own challenges. You can pick fast matches or multi-round strategic battles.The choice lets you tailor your gameplay to your style.

• Ludo is played by 2 to 4 players.
• Each player selects a color and receives four tokens.
• All tokens start in their respective Base.
• Players determine the starting turn—usually by rolling the dice, with the highest roll going first.

Step 2: Start Playing

After choosing your format, the match begins right away. You don’t need to roll a six to start—all tokens are active from the beginning. This lets you focus entirely on strategy. With digital dice and automatic token movement, you don’t have to count spaces or track every step. Just plan your moves carefully and enjoy a seamless, fast-paced game.

• To move a token out of the Base and onto the board, a player must roll a 6.
• Each player selects a color and receives four tokens.
• Rolling a 6 grants an additional turn.

Step 3: Movement Rules

• Players move tokens lockwise along the board based on the dice roll.
• Only one token may occupy a space at any time, except onsafe squares, which allow multiple tokens.
• If a player’s token lands on a square occupied by an opponent’s token, the opponent’s token is sent back to Base.

Step 4: Safe Zones

• Specific squares marked on the board act as safe zones, where tokens cannot be captured.
• Tokens of the same color occupying the same square also form a block, which prevents opponents from passing.

Step 5: Entering the Home Column

• Once a token completes a full lap around the board, it enters the player’s Home column.
• Movement within the Home column must match the exact number needed to reach Home.
• Tokens that reach the final Home position are securedand removed from play.

Step 6: Winning the Game

• The first player to bring all four tokens safely to Home is declared the winner.
• The remaining players continue to determine their finishing positions, if desired.
